Sending boots back to adidas

  • hi guys, i sent some boots back to adidas a week ago, havent heard a single word back from them yet, just wondered if anyone else had the same sort of problem etc.

  • Don't expect an immediate response. It can take a while.

    Adidas sent me someone's shoes that they tried to send back. I still have em!

    Thats a good thing to see have fun with your new pair did they ask you if you wanted a different colorway? :P


  • There was a lot of this over on SP. One person didnt get a response for a while, and I think got a letter from adidas in the mail. Email should work unless you get a standard response from them...I would just give them a ring.


  • Nope, but i said in the email when they asked for my addy would it be possible to change the colourway. They didnt get back to me


  • it has to be a manufacturing defect and not a wear and tear issue for them to give you anything, it is a very fine line and I know of alot of people who have received nothing.

    They can't just let everybody send them boots when they need new ones!!

  • I emailed them when I had a problem, and I got a quick response. but, they basically said to me, "oh well- we're glad you use our products."


  • I put a little heart warming story about them being the only boots i've ever used my career... that being the preds... and they've only done it on one boot, cant just be wear and tear because my other boots would do it... i think the boot was just poorly made!

    I was just wondering what kind of shape do your boots have to be in to send back?
    And if they are going to replace them do you choose what you'd like?
    Or do you get a money certificate to spend any way you like?

    because i have a pair of pulses that are pretty beet up and I would like to see if I can get an absolute replacement or money, but I'd like a lil' info. before I go ahead and send them.

    I'll post the pic of them ASAP.
    Any help is appreciated


  • Adidas prefers that you send the shoes back to the store where you bought them for replacement. They have a very liberal replacement policy with their retailers.

    And you get them replaced faster when you go through this process.
